Working in an airline industry is an excellent career choice for a person who loves to travel. Imagine making a living while travelling the world – isn’t it the ultimate dream? Your life has its limitations therefore we must seize the opportunity to see the beauty of the world.

Based on my title, I have assembled a list of my top 10 favourite cities where I feel at home, where I feel most connected to, or where I feel I can move in to for a fresh start.

1. Bern, Switzerland

Switzerland is a magnificent country and will always be a breathtaking beauty of the universe. I have only been there once, but it made a lasting impression on me - memories of love, peace and contentment were certainly good for the soul. There are several beautiful places in Switzerland that are worth visiting, but any village in proximity to nature will help free your mind. You’ll find inner peace here.

2. Rome, Italy

Let’s start with the capital – Rome. It is the perfect combination of history and the modern world. You can easily spend a day exploring the architectural beauty without planning a flawless travel itinerary. The people, the food, the cultural and the historical significance makes the city special.

3. Paris, France

Ah, Paris. I personally don’t believe in love at first sight but why are you always an exception? You’re indeed a beautiful, dynamic, and mystifying city - Paris will always have my heart.

4. London, United Kingdom

Just because London is witty, charming, and sophisticated. It is a vibrant cosmopolitan city that offers captivating architecture, natural attractions, and one-of-a-kind brunches. I love Paris but London comes close.

5. Amsterdam, Netherlands

The last time I was in Amsterdam, I learned to love living as they offer a remarkable quality of life. Their boat trips on the canals, healthy eating styles, and bicycle culture are cherished experiences.

6. New York, United States of America

Who doesn’t love a concrete jungle?

7. Tel Aviv, Israel

Tel Aviv appears to have everything – the beaches, distinctive neighborhoods, and a booming nightlife. The city gives its visitors an artistic vibe that is a seamless blend of the ‘old’ and the ‘new’.

8. Johannesburg, South Africa

Jozi is such a cool, hipster hangout spot for adventurous travellers. It’s not simply a safari stopover but also a lively hub for arts and culture. Offers authentic cuisine, and a wide selection of fine wines – heaven. Speaking of the locals, South African hospitality will treat you like family.

9. Jaipur, India

Jaipur is recognized as India’s pink city and its bright flamboyant colors, majestic timeless beauty, and unique traditional cuisine will leave you speechless. The forts, grand monuments, and palaces will give you a royal touch as a traveller.
